[Con-volunteer] Reminder: Be sure to sign-up for a time-block!

Hi, everyone

Sorry for the delay. I've been dealing with some sudden health issues, so
responses might continue to be slow for the next few days.

The Sign-in Desk area will have badges and consist, mainly, of talking to
people who are picking up their badges or have questions. People working in
the Expo Hall will be available for questions and help with people
transitioning between their time slots in that area. The first, Sign-In
Desk, is mostly sitting and the second, Expo Hall, is mostly walking around
in the general area.

I have planned to send out more information and discuss the Code of Conduct
with all of you as soon as I'm feeling much better.
