I don’t think it's necessarily actionable, but the first couple of posts in this blog (shared with me by friend-of-IFTF Sumana H.) may be of interest to folks here.

It’s a different kind of accessibility than what our project is concerned with: the writer is creating an Inform 7 game that takes the player’s sensory disabilities into account (I suppose by asking about them at the start), and then changing the textual descriptions of the environment depending on that. So… more “sympathy-accessibility”?
