An aside to the list:

One visually impaired tester did indeed have problems with the surveys, and took the initiative to send me plain-text responses instead. (I’ve asked them for more details on what went wrong; this deserves to be in the report as well.)

And let this be a reminder that our next Skype call will be on Tuesday, Feb 12 at 7 PM.
