[Accessibility-testing] Publishing date

[Furkle Industries]

I suggested this (and said I'd post it to the list) near the end of the
meeting. As of now the plan is to have the first Publishable Thing done and
ready for publishing by June 30, 2019. As a stretch goal, we will try to
have this ready 16 days earlier for Narrascope <http://narrascope.org>,
which starts on June 14th. If anyone has questions or comments about this,
please address it by the next meeting (two weeks from now?)
