[Accessibility-testing] Current status & Twine game testing

Zack: Claire can speak to the game’s accessibility challenges better than I, but I know it pulls a few of the most basic a11y-sticky hypertext tricks, like changing some text in-place on-click. (And the game’s designed so that you have to do that in at least one spot, and then react to the new text as prompted, in order to get to the end.)
