[Accessibility-testing] Next call / next actions?

So I suppose my response to the question here is, as usual, philosophically
nitpicky: how are we defining "completeness" with regards to our goal? Do
we feel we have enough information to be useful on a base level to authors
and developers as of now? My impulse is we have enough and know enough at
this point that we can clearly offer some best-practice guidelines, but I
wonder how the rest of the committee feels.
