[Accessibility-testing] Report draft ready for review

Hi all,

Please review a draft of our report to community here: https://jmac.org/misc/a11y/report_draft/ I’d also like to schedule a Skype call at 7 PM on Monday, May 20 to discuss this.

Consider this draft *very* open to critique and addenda. I did the best I could at synthesizing all our past months of discussion here, but I want this report to genuinely represent a team effort. I very much wish to hear your thoughts, either on this list or in private correspondence, whichever is more appropriate.

(And if your thoughts are “this looks great, ship it” — well, I’ll take it! But I don’t expect to get only that. :) )

Note that the “Appendices” section is all blank; I intend to fill that out later, largely with hyperlinks to archival copies of all that material. That’s a separate mini-project and I didn’t want to have that delay getting y’all’s feedback on the report’s main content.
