[Con-volunteer] Additional Volunteering Tasks!

Hi, everyone

As a reminder, every volunteer needs to, you know, volunteer for something.
The calendar for sign-in desk and expo hall shifts (
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1zB6ME24Nig6rFFFqSzCeBAdf_YdrhamSPs9ZM-9Ybfo/edit?usp=sharing)
is filling up, so I wanted to pass along two other volunteering
possibilities.

Additional Tech Check-in Person:

As part of my job, I'm going to be checking in on people before they
present and making sure they are aware of the technology available to them.
However, I can't be in multiple places at the same time, so I'm looking for
at least one other person to help me with this. It would consist of letting
people know what the room provides and how to use or hook up their stuff.
(We might have some additional adaptors people can use, but I don't have
confirmation on that.)

Speaker Wrangler:

We need a person to pick up the keynote speaker from the airport and then
the same or another person to drop them off at the airport again. Ideally,
this would be someone familiar with the Boston area, but someone with a car
could also fill that role.


If you are interested in either of these, please let me know. I'm in the
process of confirming where each volunteer will be and crossing-off
different tasks.
